I made another poached egg this weekend and my water wasn’t hot enough…. also egg flower soup. I guess the water has to be juuuuuust right. 🙂

I will give it a try. I never heard the tips about vinegar and swirling the water. I think last time I tried, the water was too hot, and I got something resembling egg flower soup.
